The Mission of the Arizona Bowl is to provide world-class experiences for college student-athletes, fans, and the local community, culminating in a nationally recognized college football competition.

Arizona Bowl is a non-profit organization that strives to inspire youth, engage the community, support local charities, and create positive economic impact in Southern Arizona.

DRIVE - UP & SET - UP in FESTIVAL AREA to prepare your tent

DEC 27th 5pm MANDATORY STADIUM PARADE REHEARSAL

5 PM EVERYONE MEETS IN THE STADIUM NORTHWEST CORNER near Gate on Bear Down Field FOR OUR PARADE REHEARSAL

DEC 28th, Community Village Festival-READY BY 9:30AM

Tabling and celebrating your organization at the 10-2 pm Festival - with up to 20,000 fans

Organizations will parade onto the field during the 1st quarter break

TENT SET UP TIMELINE 27TH & 28TH

TENT SET UP - Dec 27th - 9 am - 7 pm Pre-Game-Day SET UP - DRIVE UP AND SET UP

PARKING - You can drive directly up to your tent location and drop your gear, set up, and then park. (BAD WEATHER PLANS TBD) - Use Cheery Ave, turn east on University South Blvd
SECURITY - We will have overnight security.
SET UP ALL DAY 9am - 8pm - You can come anytime throughout the day from 9am-7pm. Your options are to set up everything minus your valuables or only drop off gear off to be set up the next morning. Our goal is to make it easy for you and be ready 30min Festival Begins
BASIC SET UP AND DROP OFF. You can set up the basics then finish on GAME DAY the details.

YOU CAN LEAVE OVERNIGHT - OR ARRIVE BETWEEN 6:30 - 7:30 am ON DEC 28th GAME DAY - Hard gate closure at 8 am

Dec 27TH- 5 PM MANDATORY STADIUM PARADE REHEARSAL - The Charity Summit Time may change.

Pre-Game Parade Rehearsal/Mixer - all parade participants gather in the stadium (Northwest Corner GATE 8) for a 30-minute review followed by a 15min Stadium Parade Rehearsal.

2 people per flag - FLAG barrer over age of 18 - clear bag policy to enter the stadium - only flags can be carried into the stadium

DEC 28TH GAME DAY FESTIVAL TIME LINE

PARKING: Kairand will send our emails to 40 lucky winners of the South Parking lot Pass
6:30-9:30 am Set-Up -
6:30-7:30am Show Vehicles Entry Time Only
BANDS - Tonight Sunshine -Contact Kairand for special Parking instructions
9:30 RALLY AT THE STAGE FOR THE OPENING BLESSINGS -
10:00 am FESTIVAL BEGINS
2:00pm Gather at Main Stage for FESTIVAL PARADE All Flag Carrying Participants Gather at the Main Stage and Parade 1/2 mile to the Stadium to prep for the in-game/event Parade. The Parade can include anyone, with instruments, stilt walkers, banners, etc…
2:30 pm STADIUM PARADE STAGING - Only people registered with the Raavolution experiences, (3 people per flag over the age of 13) gather outside the stadium at Bear Down Field to stage
2:45 pm 1st QUARTER STADIUM PARADE - IN THE STADIUM - parade across the field and back out again

PARADE - 2 people per flag -FLAG barrerover the age of 18 - clear bag policy to enter the stadium - only flags can be carried into the stadium

3:15pm Return and pack up. You can drive your car up to your tent location to pack.
3:30PM You can drive your car up to your tent to load up
RETURN TO THE GAME for the SECOND HALF
