'Kairand' - Kevin Kairand Bellinger is the visionary CEO of Human Impact Productions (HIP), dedicated to empowering youth and driving social impact through transformative community engagement experiences. Over four decades of work have laid the foundation for the Four Pillars of Sustainable Cultural Change:
Known as a rogue Jedi Master for Social and Cultural Impact in the Southwest, Kairand’s 40-year award-winning career has cemented his reputation as a dynamic and fearless leader in social impact. His journey began in 1977 with organizations such as the YMCA, Boys & Girls Club, Outward Bound, and Parks and Recreation Sports Coaching. Since 1992, Kairand has served as a cultural ambassador in rural and underserved communities, providing sustainable impact solutions through "Celebration Engagement Education."
With a production portfolio of over 500 events across nine states and four decades, and partnerships with more than 350 community organizations, Kairand is renowned for his face-to-face, boots-on-the-ground approach, inspirational facilitation style, and deep-rooted relationships with Indigenous leaders.
A national leader and expert architect in experiential methodologies and creative engagement programming, Kairand drives impactful initiatives such as the RAAVOLUTION Festival Model, Tribal Nations REACH Tours, and S.T.E.A.M. L.A.B.S. Projects. He also founded the award-winning Harambe Performing Arts and Education Center, which used HIP HOP and EDM to inspire and positively impact youth.
As a key advisor and past collaborator with the Born Brave Bus Tour and the Born This Way Foundation, Kairand remains committed to uplifting youth, artists, and marginalized voices. Whether managing large-scale cultural festivals or producing community-driven events like the Arizona Bowl's RAAVOLUTION Festival, his work transforms lives, amplifies voices, and fosters lasting impact.
Currently, Kairand is partnering with national executives in the Sports and Entertainment industry to help drive sustainable social and cultural impact, continuing his lifelong mission to empower communities and create meaningful change.
EDDIE GRILLVA SENIOR TRIBAL LIASON
Edward Grijalva, as a clinical therapist, has over thirty-seven years of experience providing services to underserved special populations. He has held various positions in the field of behavioral health creating. Implementing, and supervising treatment in residential and out-patient services. His emphasis has been on culturally sensitive treatment and implementing beliefs and practices that are instrumental in impacting long-term recovery such as sweat lodge, drumming circle, Native 12 Steps. Recognizing the importance of connection to their respective communities for support in continuing recovery and opening avenues for people to reengage with family.
Edward is a Tucson native, a Vietnam vet, and is in long-term recovery. Understanding the immense value of spiritually as a primary component of health and wellness.
Edward is the co-founder of The Annual Red Road to Wellbriety Celebration and Not Simply Red. Two annual gatherings held on the San Xavier Reservation, a district of the Tohono O’Odham Nation. These events focus on promoting recovery in tribal communities. Edward also co-diected the Tribal Nations tour bringing live music to remote and rural native communities encouraging healing and and healthy lifestyles. Edward is also a chaplain and has provided groups at The Gospel Rescue Mission to men and women on childhood trauma and healing.
Edward's area of concentration has been on Historical Trauma, Trauma Informed Care, and Childhood Trauma and it’ relation to adult health. Edward, and Nati, are also involved with RAAVOLUTION. Kairand Bellenger is the founder and we are primarily the planners for the annual bowl game held at the University of Arizona. The emphasis is on Land Acknowledgment and community participation of tribal, and other cultures surrounding us to gather and highlight their specific music, dance...
Yvette Madison skillfully transitions from her foundation in events and festivals to the forefront of networking and nonprofit innovation. Her efforts are dedicated to weaving together like-minded communities and fostering collaborations that shine with potential and purpose. With an eye for strategic growth and a heart for impactful missions, she has connected and fostered many personal and business relationships here in Tucson. Her work, marked by creativity and commitment, is focused on creating spaces where ideas and partnerships thrive, underlining her role as a catalyst for progress and unity in the professional and social sectors. In every endeavor, Yvette embodies the spirit of connection, driving forward movements that matter - a Connectologist, if you will.
Faith Ramon is an enrolled member of the Tohono O’odham Nation and is currently the Tucson Environmental Justice Campaign Manager for Arizona Center For Empowerment (ACE) and its sister organization Living United for Change in Arizona (LUCHA). She identifies as a felon in recovery, a survivor of domestic violence, and an Indigenous woman that will no longer be silenced by systems of oppression.
Through her experience, she recognized she needed to do more. Faith joined the movement of changemakers in 2018, as a volunteer and then joined the MiAz campaign, which collectively knocked on half a million doors in Arizona. She has dedicated years of organizing work in neglected and marginalized communities. Through political education, Faith has been educating and developing leaders in Tucson, Arizona. Most recently, Faith has built relationships across the state to accomplish a vision of the restoration of hope and power. By increasing civic engagement, protecting voting rights to improve the equity of life. ACE’s Environmental Justice Campaign is focusing on protecting the sacredness of clean water for Arizona and future generations.
Faith is the Secretary/Treasure of the Native American Education Program for SunnySide School District. As well as the Secretary of the Native American Church of Southern Arizona Chapter, Inc. She holds pride in representing her lineage advocating for basic human rights, setting up the next generation for success, protecting plant medicines, and the sacredness of elements used in ceremonies.
Tonight’s Sunshine has a unique sound and performance aura that jumps out and pulls you in close. we launched our musical spacecraft headfirst into hard-driving pop-rock genres similar to festival bands like Paramore, 21 Pilots, No Doubt, Bruno Mars, Coldplay, Red Hot Chili Peppers and more. Together they are on a PERSONAL, DEEP SPACE MISSION to use their music and skills as young producers to help IMPACT HUMANITY, our planet, underserved communities, and support other artists by self-producing powerful Southwest shows and festivals that make a difference.

The Mission Work with an alliance of local, national, and international artists to offer the celebration of music and arts to Tribal Nations, marginalized, and underserved communities across the Southwest and international. We offer our stage to be young influencers to champion the individual needs of each individual community and community organization.
IMPACT Tonight’s Sunshine has supported over 50 artists through producing 4 monthly showcases. They’re the creators and host band for the Tribal Nations Music Tour. In 2020, they've been asked to partner with national and international impact projects. Their mission will always stay connected to finding ways to create cultural impact through producing or performing for important cause festivals and projects. From their first gathering, they discovered that they each shared the same vision of using their music to support underserved communities, champion important causes, and celebrate cultures. They have produced over 120 events and concerts which have engaged over 220,000 people. Tonight’s Sunshine invited a few amazing artists to join them on the first summer tours.. Their hard work of hauling staging and gear across the Southwest has attracted international attention.to their mission. They seek to helped generate a new conversation around how the arts can have a profound impact on engaging the community, even on a small scale. They are now joined by both international and national leaders philanthropic projects to lead events to support accompanied immigrant children, violence against women, and underserved communities.
Steven B. Ray has been enjoying a vast career in the music and
entertainment industry by thriving in a variety of roles and mediums as well as a trusted advisor and consultant. His journey began as a roadie working summer tours with George Rhodes, conductor and arranger for Sammy Davis, Jr., an entertainment legend.
Soon following, Steven began receiving mentorship and working for Quincy Jones as a Production Assistant and participated on many illustrious projects that Mr. Jones produced, beginning with Michael Jackson’s, infamous and legendary album, “Thriller” and the USA for Africa benefit song, “We Are The World”, James Ingram’s platinum selling solo debut album, It’s Your Night. Frank Sinatra’s, “LA is My Lady”, and The Color Purple, which allowed Steven to be a consultant for all on-camera musical casting and performances.
Steven soon became a Senior Executive, A&R at Capitol Records
(domestic and international), which led him Windswept Pacific
Publishing where he was a Creative Executive, Staff Writer and Music Supervisor. While employed at Windswept, he signed, writer/producer, Manuel Seal, who was noted for co-writing, Mariah Carey’s hits,
“Always Be My Baby” and “We Belong Together”, as well as Usher’s top charting, “You Make Me Wanna” and Quincy Jones III, co-writer and producer for TuPac, Ice Cube, and co-venture with LA Reid’s HitCo Music:
TLC, “Waterfalls”, Anita Baker, “I Apologize”, Destiny’s Child, “Survivor” and numerous Beyonce Knowles solo hits, resulting in over 150 million units sold.
Steven and a partner developed and introduced to the television
community the business model for VNU’s NextMedium, an online digital product placement application measuring the value of product placement in television, which was a success.
Continuing to broaden his reach into film, television and theater production, he launched Red River Productions in 2013, securing financing as Executive Producer for the Broadway musical production of “Ghost” and for the Director, Dan Algrant and Oscar nominated, Tony Award winning producer, Fred Zollo’s film, “Little Rootie Tootie”. Steven, also Executive produced the film “Son of The South” starring Lucas Till, Lucy Hale, Cedric the Entertainer and Brian Dennehy. Along with producing partner, Christian Bruun (“The
Man Who Saved The World”),
Steven is currently producing the documentary “Time No Changes” based on
the Miles Davis Quintet members Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter and Ron Carter. Steven is also developing three television series with Todd Harris (Disney/Marvel), and Tyrone Finch (Station19). Steven’s ability to
identify a path to monetize creative ideas, his historical awareness, and business savvy, as well as his strong relationships throughout the entertainment industry, make him a prized resource. Steven is very dedicated in his professional and has been successful with each step in his journey.
A Co-Founder/President of SparkRise, a premiere digital platform that provides businesses with a better, faster, easier way to engage with consumers while contributing to social good. He also serves as a PR/Marketing/Education consultant and stakeholder for various global influencers, institutions, non-profits and platforms.
He is an Actor/Musician/Writer/Producer who has appeared in Films (Sandtrap, The Distinguished Gentleman, Albino Alligator, Fright Night II), TV Shows (Friends, Scrubs, ER, VIP) and dozens of National Commercials. Over the years he has served as an industrial corporate spokesman for Vivera, Symantech, Amgen, Pioneer Magellan, Soba et al.
An award winning Educator (Hart Vision Award - CA Charter Teacher of the Year), he is also an Arts Ed advocate throughout the nation. Produced the film Shakespeare High with Val Kilmer, Richard Dreyfuss, Kevin Spacey and Mare Winningham (Showtime). Currently a Producer of the A24 Film V A L, Kilmer's Cinema Twain, new Doc projects, TV and Features. The award winning documentary (Autistic) Kids With Cameras highlights his work with stop motion animation, improvisation and film making through Actors For Autism. Kids With Cameras and Shakespeare High travelled the world as part of the US State Dept.’s US American Film Showcase. Brad's work in education is featured in Lisa Bloom's bestseller Swagger, 10 Urgent Rules for Raising Boys in America, Insidewink, Corona Silver Linings Anthology, LA Times, Daily News, Los Angeles Magazine, Valley Magazine and on CBS-The Early Show, Fox News, So Cal News and Nightline.
Koepenick shepherded hundreds of short & student films to fruition with film-makers. He’s served as a partner for Xow Animation, the ground breaking stop motion software Xipster (Intl' Educational Toy of the Year) and The Entertainment Experience with Blue Rider Pictures developing film and television with young creatives. From 1993 to 2002, he offered ongoing classes, workshops and summer camps in improvisation, story theatre, film making and animation with 4 Art's Sake Prods, Summer in Cinema and the Celluloid Heroes Movie Camp . He was a founding teacher at 5 charter schools in the SF Valley through PUCSchools and co-founded a Charter High School called VIP. (Named Best in LA - Hollywood Reporter)
He consulted and served on various Boards including the Twainmania Foundation, Inner City Shakespeare, Get Lit, the Educational Theatre Foundation, Actors Hall of Fame, CETA-CA Educational Theatre Assn., Actors for Autism, DTASC-Drama Teachers Assn. and the CA Charter Schools Member Council.
